Mother's Day Gift

I made this video for my mom this past Mother's Day. It's really special to me because it demonstrates how simple things once were. A lot of the parts in this video make me cry, but I think what gets me the most is the scene where my grandmother (Nini) is pulling me through the leaves in the wagon. She's not able to walk very well anymore, more less run, so seeing that really makes me miss those days. One other part of the video that nearly breaks my heart is the very first scene where the dog barks. That was Miss Lolly. My parents adopted her when I was only one, and she died at the age of eighteen. I grew up with her and didn't really see her as a dog, but as a sister.
